As a qualified project manager and chartered engineer, I realised that there was more to life than running projects for someone else, to their agenda. Project Manager to CEO (PM2CEO) charts my journey from being a salaried PM to being the CEO of my own life.

I know how difficult it is to develop a reliable project management career as the very nature of project management is that the projects come and go, stop and start and that’s not best for your career. Yes the projects are exciting and rewarding for you but they take their toll with energy and lack of recognition. The techies and people in functional roles seem to be more valuable to the organisation and your PM role is seen as transient. That’s not a great basis for building a career is it?

So how do you leverage and build on your valuable project management skills? Well I can show you how.
