Condition: In fair, used, vintage condition with defects / 5 inch area, on the lining, where the right sleeve meets the body has unraveled / 5 inches from right wrist cuff, on the back of sleeve, is a small 3/4 inch tear (flows with direction of fabric and could be tucked and stitched) / Has heavy ring around the collar / Several areas are soiled down the lapel and areas near edge of lapels as well / Edges of wrist cuffs are soiled with a few spots on belt also / Soiling looks to be old cigar ashes – A professional dry cleaning may make the fabric bright and crisp again
