My father and I are completely stumped but my truck, 1996 GMC Sonoma, instead of having a 3 UV join shaft has a 5 UV shaft O.o my father thinks that it was a custom truck when it was built. This becomes a problem when we try to replace on of the parts. The CV join that attached to the rear end, there is a part with a little ball inside of it, my dad says they used it in cadillacs in the 60′s for a smother ride. Junk yards, nor auto parts store carry the part and can’t order it. If anyone has an ideas on where I can get my hands on this part or how to work around it, please feel free to email me, Theantha89@yahoo.com.
