<p><strong><i>Question by vintage.mermaid</i>: are car sweepstakes at malls a scam?</strong><br /> I filled out my name and phone number and entered this car and money sweepstakes at the mall and I get a phone call saying that I&#8217;m a top finalist and won a vacation package and they want to send people over to our house for some free water test and that&#8217;s how our prize will be delivered.
