i want to know what's the difference between Top Rated Seller on ebay compare to the ones that don't have that! Is it more secure? Or are they just rated top sellers because they sell alot and ship things quickly? And are the ones that don't have top rated sellers liers? if you buy something from them would they just keep the money and not ship the thing/s you you bought?
so if i buy something form the ones that don't have top rated seller would i still get from them what i bought? or no?

As a top rated seller, I can tell you that the rules are very strict for becoming one and staying one ( the rating can be withdrawn at any time). You must have consistently good ratings from buyers and it is on a scale of 1 to 5 that you are rated for several things, including fast shipping, item as described, etc. eBay takes forever to rate sellers so just because one isn't a top rated seller yet doesn't mean they aren't a good and honest seller. Just check the seller's feedback before bidding or buying. I wouldn't trust any seller with less than 99.5% feedback ever. And make sure they have actually sold items before and that their feedback isn't all from buying on ebay.
