Customer Reviews:

“I searched and reviewed numerous products before I finally settled on this one. This product fit all of my needs and more. And for the price it was hard to beat. Overall I am satisfied with the product and so far it is working perfectly. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because of lack of information. I guess I should say the information I needed was a little more time consuming to come by than I would have liked. It would have been nice if Amazon would have more information for installing remote starts for specific vehicles. Getting information from Scytec doesn’t work either. I had to search the internet for all the information that I needed. I found the information that I needed from commandocaralarms.com, YouTube, and caralarmpros.com. Another thing I will add is be prepared before you do your install. There is a lot of information on YouTube to help you prepare. I have an electronics/electrical background so I had all the tools and was comfortable with schematics and soldering. Installing a remote start/car alarm is not for ametuers but I guess it would be a learning experience, (good or bad). I installed this on my 2003 Dodge Dakota. All the wires were easy to get to, (with direction), but you need to become a contortionist to get the control unit tucked away in a good spot. Again I am happy with the product and Amazon.com’s good variety.”

“Con’s: Has been set off by thunder and high winds. Pager only survives 6 or 8 falls until you need to replace it. Get a case for the pager remote, you won’t regret it. Pro’s: This product is amazing. I did the install myself in about 5 hours (soldering 20 wires and an auto service manual to help locate wires). It has full feedback of a command you sent to your car, could it be to start it, lock it, unlock it, etc… it will let you know if your car received the command or not. This alarm will page my remote up to a 1/4 mile away with 0 line of site. The distance and functionality actually allowed me to get out to my car the second someone slammed their door into it. This setup is priceless, I will be installing this on all my families cars when I get the time. Not to mention the remote replacement costs are very cheap. At

50 for the replacement pagers and 20 for the simple remotes, you can’t go wrong with this system.”

“this is a pretty good alarm,it came with everything it was susposed to.just dont buy a motion sensor because this alarm triggers it constantly.i may buy the same alarm again..”
