Chapter 1. (Lost Then Found)Terri stood in front of her five friends Andi, Aly, Ash, Kris, and Court with her hands firmly planted on her hips. Aly bent over, put her hands on her knees, and began panting for breath, Really Ter, could you not be a Nazi right now? She said looking up at her youngest friend.At first Terri just looked at her like she was crazy. Then she opened her mouth to only stop short. She seemed to really be contemplating what she was going to say. She sighed, Lets do it one more time. Her friends all groaned at her. Ter you havent given us one break since we started! Ash whined. Terri gave her the look. How old are you guys? she laughed, walking over to the stereo.Barely legal! Kris shouted, Happy Dancing to her spot. The other girls followed her lead. Terri rolled her eyes unapprovingly. Dont get mad because youre still a little pipsqueak! Court shouted laughing. Yeah how old are you now? 10? Andi added. This Pipsqueak can drive! Plus Im turning 17 this year. Terri shot back, grabbing the stereo remote on her way to her spot.She began to clap out eight counts 1,2,3,4,5,6,7, and 8! she said before hitting the play button. The girls all automatically got their game faces on and danced full out. They continued to dance like that, smiling at each other every once in awhile. When the song had ended they were each a little out of breath.Suddenly they heard someone clapping. Simultaneously, they all turned to the door. Tommy! Terri shouted, running over to her brother and jumping on him. It was a good thing that he had fast enough reflexes to catch her. Water break? Ash asked, looking at each of the girls. Water Break. They nodded and said in unison.Howve you been Tommy? Terri asked, smiling up at her brother. Like you dont already know. You live together. Court laughed, smacking Thomas playfully on the arm. Too bad he moved Einstein. Terri shot back. New topic! Andi groaned, rolling her eyes at the girls. She walked over to Thomas and gave him a hug. Like why are you here for starters. Kris asked. She took a sip of her water and looked at him.Be nice! Aly said. When she looked up she noticed Thomas gazing at her. She smiled and looked down at her shoes. Terri elbowed Andi and nodded at Aly who was now blushing. Ah-Hem Ash said, pretending to clear her throat. Thomas shook his head, smiling. Suddenly he remembered why he was there in the first place.Oh right. So Im going to go up to Big Bear this weekend. I was wondering if you girls wanted to come. he said looking up hopefully. Who else is going. I hope its not only you. Court asked. What. You dont wanna hang out with me? Thomas asked puppy-dog pouting. Nope. Not really. Kris said, walking to throw away her water bottle.Ouch Im hurt. Thomas joked, putting his hand on his heart playfully. Then who else is going? Terri asked, she smiled at Andi. Oh just some of my friends. Thomas said. He was trying to keep some of the trip a mystery. Are they hot?! Andi asked, getting excited about the trip. Andi! Aly shouted, smacking her arm.Oh! Its was a question that we all want to know the answer to. Court stated matter-of-factly. Well youll all just have to wait and see. Thomas said, holding on to the mystery. UGH! FINE! the girls all said in unison. Well go home and pack. Ash added last minute. They agreed to meeting at Terris house.About an hour later Thomas arrived, in a mini-van, ready to surprise the heck out of the girls. They made the 3 and a half hour trek and finally made it up to their cabin. It had just snowed and the girls could see three cars in the drive way. The same question played in each of their heads. Who are we spending the next 3 days with?!OKAY! SO THERE YOU GO!!! You should all Thank Aly because she bugged me to post early..
